It was easy to find, clean, and the young man at the front desk, Wes, was so friendly and extremely helpful. He provided us with an excellent suggestion for where to go for dinner (one of his favourites) and when my daughter left her ring at the restaurant, he immediately phoned over to the restaurant to try to facilitate the return of the ring. He was so gracious and friendly. Definitely a gem that this hotel should be proud of. The ladies at the breakfast were also lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast room was clean and spacious, and the view was pleasant. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. The food was good with one exception, and there was a variety of choices. Our room faced away from the highway and so was quiet. I believe the desk staff assigned rooms as such intentionally whenever possible.

This was a one night stay, travelling Ontario to PEI. It was clean, comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options, both hot and cold. (Breakfast was included in our room price.)There was no problem finding the hotel. And there is a St Hubert close by for supper, and also a Subway if just looking for something quick.

We were allowed to use the dining room to ear our own food the evening we arrived and were even offered plates and utensils. Also liked that the breakfast was served with minimal disposable items / packaging. (ie no plastic plates, etc) Pool was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff greeted me right away and even knew who I was (asked about my trip and such). Very good staff throughout the hotel. The room was very nice, a small but well kept and well equipped room. The fridge and freezer were good and the shower and bathroom very clean. Comfy bed! Conveniently located off the highway 40. It would have been a nice place to stay longer, I'd like to come back to the hotel and area to explore!

Clean .comfortable .good breakfast... Front desk staff went out of his way to help us with getting some local food ordered..our French..not so good..he let us use the dining room to eat and was nice to our dog....the hotel is a bit dated but well kept..the breakfast staff lady was also very nice.

I loved the breakfast, a wide variety of products and excellent service in addition to the cleanliness of the facilities. The pool was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions very well.

Very welcoming and helpfull personnel. Our stay was without problem and the across the road fast food facilities became handy. While not in an immediate vicinity shopping centers were within reach and immediate access to highway usefull Overall a pleasant experience.

Great staff. Very helpful, even if u don't speak French. I had a bad experience in other hotel in this city because people here mostly speaks French and they make no effort in speaking English. But the staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive. I travel with two little kids.

The coffee and the breakfast was excellent. They even had real maple syrup which was a treat for our pancakes. Also they had fruit which much of the hotels do not have. So it was great to have fruit with breakfast.
